Domestic — Continental US
Orders typically ship within two business days of completion. Delivery takes five to seven business days. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
Expedited options are available at checkout — two to three day delivery starts at $25, next day at $45.

Packed by Hand
The same care that goes into shaping the board goes into getting it to you. Every order is packed in-house.

Fully Tracked
Every shipment carries a tracking number. You'll know where your board is from the moment it leaves the bay.

Insured
All boards ship fully insured. If something goes wrong in transit, we'll handle it — no back-and-forth.
Returns & Exchanges
Stock Boards
Stock boards may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund. Contact us to initiate — we'll issue a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the board.
Custom Boards
Custom orders are final sale. A board shaped specifically for you cannot be resold, and every hour of work is irreversible. However, we stand behind every shape we produce. If there is a defect in the craftsmanship or glassing, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Accessories & Gear
Accessories may be returned within 60 days in original packaging. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Craftsmanship Warranty
All boards carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — delamination, fin box failures, and structural issues. Normal wear from regular surfing is not covered: pressure dings, rail bumps, UV tinting, and cosmetic wear are part of a board's life in the water.
