By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

These Terms govern your use of bumsurfboards.com (the "Site") operated by Bumsurfboards, based in Huntington Beach, California.

We strive to represent our boards accurately — dimensions, rocker profiles, and finish details are described as precisely as possible. Colors in photos may vary slightly due to lighting and screen calibration. Resin tints are inherently unique to each board.

Custom orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once shaping commences, the order is considered confirmed. Estimated completion times are approximate and may shift based on complexity and current workload.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways.

Sales tax is applied as required by applicable law and calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax.

Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your order at delivery and noting any visible damage before signing. All shipments are fully insured — contact us immediately if damage occurs in transit.

Accurate shipping information is the buyer's responsibility. Re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the buyer.

Stock boards may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom boards are final sale. Accessories may be returned within 60 days in original packaging.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the returned item. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Any board exhibiting a manufacturing defect — delamination, fin box failure, or structural fault — will be repaired or replaced at no cost within one year of purchase.

All boards carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural and glassing defects — not normal wear from regular use in the water.

Surfing carries inherent physical risk. Bumsurfboards is not liable for injury or damage arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

All content on this site — photography, board designs, brand marks, written copy, and graphic elements — is the property of Bumsurfboards and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of what is required to fulfill your order.

By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
